Travellers invited to vote for Bangladesh’s top airlines
The Bangladesh Monitor has opened online voting for the 12th edition of the Monitor Airline of the Year Awards, inviting eligible travellers to rate airlines based on their experiences during the 2025 calendar year.
Titled "Monitor Airline of the Year–2025", the awards will recognise excellence across 27 categories covering international and domestic airlines and other segments of the aviation and travel industry, according to a press release.
Winners will be selected through an online opinion poll assessing service quality, operational performance, customer satisfaction, innovation and the overall travel experience.
Only frequent flyers who completed at least four air journeys in 2025 will be eligible to vote. The eligibility requirement is intended to ensure that the results reflect informed opinions based on recent travel experiences.
Eligible travellers may visit the voting platform to review the categories, guidelines and eligibility criteria before casting their votes.
Voting will remain open until 25 August 2026.
The Bangladesh Monitor said that travellers' feedback would help identify airlines that consistently delivered quality service and met passenger expectations.
