Midland Bank, Credence Housing sign home loan agreement
Midland Bank PLC has signed a memorandum of understanding with Credence Housing Limited to offer home loans on competitive terms to the housing company's customers.
Imtiaz U Ahmed, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Midland Bank PLC, and Zillur Karim, Managing Director of Credence Housing Limited, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.
Under the agreement, Credence Housing customers will be able to obtain home financing from Midland Bank through a streamlined and customer-friendly process.

Established in 2016, Credence Housing develops modern housing projects featuring innovative architectural designs in Dhaka.
Representing Credence Housing at the signing ceremony were Syed Mahmud Jobair, Director; Konika Kabir, Deputy General Manager of the Revenue and Customer Affairs Department; and Rezaul Karim, Head of the Planning and Investment Department.
Midland Bank representatives included Mohd Javed Tarek Khan, Senior Executive Vice President and Head of the Institutional Banking Division; Mohammed Rashadul Anwar, Vice President, Head of PRD and Coordinator of the Retail Division; and Mohammad Tariqul Hasan, Senior Assistant Vice President and Head of the Dhanmondi Branch.
Midland Bank said the partnership reflected its commitment to supporting the housing sector and making homeownership more accessible.
