Fortress hands over Golfview flats to buyers
Fortress has handed over flats of its housing project "Golfview by Fortress" to customers.
The handover ceremony was held on Friday (26 June) in the presence of senior Fortress officials, project customers, and invited guests.
Speaking at the ceremony, Lutfor Rahman Opu, Founder and Chairman of Fortress, said the Golfview project had been planned and implemented keeping the needs of modern living in mind.

He said the project, located near a golf course, combines contemporary architecture, construction standards, aesthetic design and housing facilities.
The surrounding greenery and open environment would offer residents a peaceful living experience, he added.
Lutfor Rahman Opu said completing the project on time and handing it over to customers was a matter of pride for the company.
He said Fortress would continue to work on new projects while prioritising quality, transparency, and customer satisfaction.
After receiving her flat, customer Ruksana Sharmin said she was pleased to receive the address of her dream home.
She thanked Fortress for handing over the flat on time and said she was impressed by the construction quality, the project's aesthetic environment, and its greenery.
Retired Lieutenant Colonel Atiqul Haque Chowdhury, landowner of the project, said the successful implementation of Golfview and the flat handover marked a moment of joy.
He said Fortress completed the project with professionalism and honesty.
Keys were formally handed over to flat owners at the ceremony.
The new residents expressed satisfaction with the construction quality and the project's environment.
Md Mizanur Rahman, Planning and Development Control Director of Fortress; Md Zahid Hasan Niloy, Operations Director; and Md Faruk Hossain, Capital Management Director, were also present at the ceremony.
