Jhenaidah Deputy Commissioner Md Noman Hossain said such disrespect to a memorial of the Liberation War and a Bir Sreshtho would not be tolerated.
"Following an emergency meeting, the district administration has formed an impartial investigation committee with the highest priority. Regardless of who is behind this heinous act, strict legal action will be taken under a zero-tolerance policy," he said.
