Houthis say Saudi Arabia launched 28 strikes in Yemen over 24 hours
Yahya Saree said the Saudi air force used F-15 and Typhoon fighter jets that took off from the Khamis Mushait and Taif airbases.
The Houthis said Saudi Arabia carried out 28 airstrikes in several parts of Yemen over the past 24 hours, as fighting between the Iran-aligned group and the Saudi-backed Yemeni government intensifies, AFP reports.
Houthi military spokesperson Yahya Saree said the strikes targeted the governorates of Taiz, Al-Jawf and Marib.
He said the Saudi air force used F-15 and Typhoon fighter jets that took off from the Khamis Mushait and Taif airbases, according to AFP.
The Houthis' claim could not be independently verified, and Saudi authorities did not immediately comment on the reported strikes.
