Burnham pledges to bring back hope as he makes Healey chancellor
The UK's new Prime Minister, Andy Burnham, has taken office on a promise to restore national unity, restore public confidence and reduce the cost of living. He has outlined plans to decentralise power, reduce homelessness, build more council houses and improve public services.
