Banglalink receives four recognitions at CIPS Asia awards
Banglalink, one of the country's leading digital operators, has earned four honours at the CIPS Asia Excellence in Procurement and Supply Awards 2026, underscoring its commitment to innovation, sustainability, social value, and international procurement excellence.
The awards, organised by the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS), took place in Singapore from 7 to 9 July. Regarded as one of the Asia-Pacific region's most prestigious recognitions in procurement and supply chain management, the event celebrates organisations that demonstrate outstanding innovation, strategic impact, and operational excellence.
Competing alongside leading multinational organisations from across the region, Banglalink was recognised for achievements in social value creation, sustainability, risk management, and procurement leadership.

Banglalink won "Best Initiative to Deliver Social Value through Procurement" for its Procurement Enabling Inclusive Digital Education project, led by Category Manager Qazi Sanzid Ahmed, and "Best Sustainability Project of the Year" for its Carbon-Smart Green Microwave Connectivity initiative, represented by Category Manager Nazirul Islam Khan.
The company also received Runner-Up recognition in "Best Approach to Risk Mitigation" for its RAN (Radio Access Network) Transformation project, represented by Senior Category Manager Abdullah Al Faruque, and "Procurement Team of the Year", represented by Supply Chain Management Director Ashik Shobhan.
