Firsttrip signs lounge access deal with Balaka Executive Lounge
Firsttrip Limited has entered into a strategic partnership with Intercontinental Dhaka Balaka Executive Lounge, enabling customers to purchase lounge access seamlessly via the Firsttrip app and website.
The agreement was formalised at Firsttrip's Head Office in the presence of senior officials from both organisations.
Head of Business-to-Consumer Mir Tajmul Hossain and Deputy Manager of Marketing Rahat Elahi represented Firsttrip at the signing.
Director of Marketing Saadman Salahuddin, Nazmul Haque, and other officials represented Intercontinental Dhaka Balaka Executive Lounge.
Under the partnership, Firsttrip customers can access Balaka Executive Lounge through the company's digital platforms. The facility aims to enhance travel convenience by allowing customers to book lounge services during the planning stage of their journeys.
Firsttrip said the collaboration aligns with its commitment to enhancing customer convenience and delivering value-added travel services through its digital platform.
Speaking on the occasion, Head of Business-to-Consumer Mir Tajmul Hossain said the partnership will enable customers to enjoy a more seamless and comfortable travel experience. He added that Firsttrip is working to consolidate more travel-related services onto a single platform.
Officials of Intercontinental Dhaka Balaka Executive Lounge expressed optimism that the partnership will improve lounge access for travellers and further strengthen service convenience for customers.
Firsttrip said the agreement supports its ambition to become a one-stop digital travel solution, offering customers access to flights, hotels, visa assistance, holiday packages, and other travel-related services.
