Mobile subscribers rise for fifth consecutive month

Bangladesh's mobile subscriber base rose to 189.8 million in June, marking a fifth consecutive month of growth and a 2.17% increase from 185.8 million in January 2026. Internet subscriptions mirrored the trend, rising for a fourth consecutive month to 135.94 million in June, up 5.98% from 128.27 million in February.
