Stamford University opens Summer 2026 admissions
Admissions for the Summer 2026 session at Stamford University Bangladesh are now open, with a comprehensive range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes available across five faculties.
Prospective students may apply in person at the university's main campus at 51 Siddeswari Road, Ramna, Dhaka; visit the university website for detailed admission information and to apply online; or contact the Admission Office at 09613-622622.
According to the university, it provides research-based, career-focused education, supported by modern facilities such as digital classrooms, complimentary internet access, advanced laboratories, student zones, a playground, and a library. Classes have commenced on a limited basis at its permanent campus, which is under construction.
Programmes on offer include Bachelor of Architecture; Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering; Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering; Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering; Master of Science in Computer Science and Engineering; Master in Computer Application; Bachelor of Environmental Science; Master of Science in Environmental Science; Bachelor of Science in Microbiology; Master of Science in Microbiology; Bachelor of Pharmacy; Master of Pharmacy; Bachelor of Laws; Master of Laws; Bachelor of Science in Business Administration; Master of Science in Business Administration; Bachelor of Arts in English; Master of Arts in English; Bachelor of Social Science in Economics; Master of Social Science in Economics; Bachelor of Social Science in Journalism for Electronic and Print Media; Master of Social Science in Journalism and Media Studies; Bachelor of Arts in Film and Media; Master of Arts in Film and Media; Bachelor of Public Administration; and Master of Public Administration.
The university is introducing new programmes approved by the University Grants Commission in Theatre Studies, Applied Nutrition and Food Technology, and Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology.
In addition, the Master of Addiction and Rehabilitation Studies programme is being launched under the Stamford Institute on Addiction and Rehabilitation.
Stamford University Bangladesh is also offering admission to short courses, including Japanese Language, Spoken English, Introduction to English and Bangla, and IELTS Preparation.
The university offers scholarships of up to 100 percent based on Secondary School Certificate and Higher Secondary Certificate examination results, supporting academically deserving students.
