Sonali Life holds professional training in Feni
Sonali Life Insurance PLC organised a special training programme titled "Professional Development Training Programme" at De Royal Salmon Hotel in Feni.
The programme was organised by the company's Feni sales team to enhance the professional skills of field-level officers and employees, develop leadership qualities, and further accelerate sales performance.
The initiative was taken by Sonali Life Insurance Deputy Managing Director Anwar Hossain.

Sonali Life Insurance Acting Chief Executive Officer Mohammad Rafiqul Islam attended the programme as the chief guest.
Additional Managing Director Abu Shahadat Dulal and Assistant General Manager Shahadat Mojumdar attended the event as special guests.
Branch managers, unit managers and field-level officers from different branches in Feni district participated in the training programme.
The session was conducted by Mofazzel Hossain Manik, head of the Training and Development Department.
He provided practical guidance on modern sales techniques, customer service, leadership development and professional excellence.
Speaking at the event, the speakers said, "Sonali Life Insurance is not just an insurance company; it is a reliable commitment to financial security and future protection for people. Through the development of skilled human resources, the company continues to work relentlessly to bring positive change in the country's insurance sector."
Sonali Life currently has 256 branch offices across the country, including 10 in Feni district alone.
Referring to the company's operations in the district, Acting CEO Mohammad Rafiqul Islam said Feni is a highly potential region for Sonali Life.
"The sincerity, hard work and customer-oriented activities of the officers and employees here have contributed significantly to the company's continuous success. Such skill development training programmes will play a vital role in building stronger teams in the future," he said.
He added that in 2025, total premium income from the Feni territory alone exceeded Tk660 crore, while claim payments in the same period exceeded Tk540 crore.
In addition, the company paid more than Tk4,050 crore in insurance claims nationwide in 2025, positioning Sonali Life among the leading fourth-generation life insurance companies in the country, he said.
Sonali Life Insurance said it has established itself as a symbol of trust and reliability in the insurance industry through 100% claim settlement.
The company said it will maintain this momentum in 2026 and expects to expand further.
