The Rotary Club of Motijheel demonstrated its commitment to impactful community service by hosting its Joint Club Assembly and Dinner Meeting at Sky City Restaurant in Malibagh, Dhaka, on 20 June.
The meeting was jointly presided over by Rotarian Md Enamul Hoque, President of the Rotary Club of Motijheel, and Rotarian M A Khaleque Nipu, President-Elect of the Rotary Club of Motijheel.
The assembly reviewed the club's performance and achievements during the Rotary Year 2025–26.
According to club officials, 48 service projects were completed across the areas of community development, healthcare, education, humanitarian assistance, and social welfare.
The club invested approximately Tk24 lakh in service initiatives during the Rotary Year, underscoring its dedication to Rotary International's mission to serve humanity and foster meaningful impact.
Members acknowledged the dedication, teamwork, and active participation of Rotarians, whose collective efforts were instrumental in executing these projects.
The assembly also discussed future plans, membership development, and strategies to further strengthen the club's service activities in the upcoming Rotary Year.
The meeting concluded with a fellowship dinner, where members reaffirmed their commitment to the Rotary motto, "Service Above Self."
The Rotary Club of Motijheel reiterated its pledge to drive positive societal change through sustained service projects and active community engagement.
