NRB Bank cardholders to get 10% discounts at Phyathai 2 Hospital
NRB Bank PLC has partnered with Phyathai 2 Hospital in Thailand to offer exclusive discounts and support services to its credit cardholders, employees, and their eligible family members.
The agreement with Phyathai 2 Hospital Company Limited was signed at NRB Bank's corporate head office at Uday Sanz Tower in Gulshan 1, Dhaka, according to a press release.ef Executive Officer Tarek Reaz Khan of NRB Bank and International Marketing Director Sorawong Siribunpan of Phyathai 2 Hospital and Phyathai Phaholyothin Hospital signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.
Independent Director Ferdous Ara Begum was also present at the signing ceremony.
Under the agreement, eligibUnder the agreement, eligible NRB Bank credit cardholders, employees, and their family members will be entitled to these benefits: medicines, excluding doctor fees and other non-applicable items;
- A 10 per cent discount on hospital room charges, excluding doctor fees and other non-applicable items;
- Complimentary transportation between the residence, the airport, the hotel, and the hospital;
- Preliminary medical consultations, treatment plans, estimated treatment costs, and expected length of stay through the hospital's International Patient Centre;
- Personal escort services; and
- Access to the hospital's International Lounge during the treatment period.
NRB Bank said the partnership would also provide patients with personalised coordination and support from the initial consultation through treatment and follow-up care, thereby enhancing continuity of care.
NRB Bank representatives at the ceremony included Deputy Managing Director Anwar Uddin, Deputy Managing Director M Rashidul Huda, Head of Cards Khaja Wasiullah, and Head of Strategic Alliance Md Shafiqul Hassan.
Phyathai representatives included International Marketing Officer Rawisara Sangsuwan of Phyathai 2 Hospital and Phyathai Phaholyothin Hospital, and Senior Manager of International Marketing 3 Suwadee Nima of both hospitals.
Other senior officials from both organisations were also in attendance.
NRB Bank stated that the partnership is part of its ongoing efforts to expand lifestyle and healthcare benefits for customers through collaborations with local and international institutions, reinforcing its wider customer value.
