Novoair increases flight frequency on Dhaka-Ctg route from 26 Jan
The private airline currently operates one daily flight on the route
Novoair, one of the country's private airlines, has announced an increase in flight frequency on Dhaka-Chattogram route to meet passenger demand and enhance travel convenience.
The new flight will commence operations on 26 January, according to a press release issued yesterday.
The airline currently operates one daily flight on the Chattogram route. The existing flight departs from Dhaka at 1:15pm for Chattogram and returns from Chattogram to Dhaka at 2:40pm.
The newly introduced flight will operate every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, departing for Chattogram from Dhaka at 4:15pm and returning to Dhaka from Chattogram at 5:40pm.
Novoair Managing Director Mofizur Rahman said Chattogram remains one of the country's most important commercial and tourism hubs.
"Considering the increasing passenger demand and the need for improved travel options, we have decided to increase the number of flights on this route," he said.
The airline currently operates daily scheduled flights to several domestic destinations, including Chattogram, Cox's Bazar, Sylhet, and Saidpur.
