Kuet job fair to connect 3,000 students, graduates with employers
More than 3,000 students and graduates are expected to attend JobSpecs-2026: National Job Fair, to be held on 1–2 August at Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (Kuet), where they will meet prospective employers.
According to a press release, the Professional Skill Development Club of Kuet is organising the two-day fair to connect young professionals with national and multinational organisations.
Around 20 organisations from various sectors are expected to participate, offering full-time jobs, internships, career counselling, company showcases and direct engagement with recruitment teams.
The organisers are collaborating with more than 32 universities to attract students, recent graduates and other job seekers across Bangladesh.
The initiative seeks to bridge the gap between academia and industry by helping participants explore career opportunities, develop professional networks and gain insight into employers' requirements.
The previous edition, JobSpecs-2025, featured more than 20 employers and received around 3,000 CVs at participating companies' stalls, the release said.
The Business Standard is the official print media partner of JobSpecs-2026, while TBS Graduate is its youth engagement partner.
The organisers invited students, graduates, employers and media representatives to participate in the fair and to visit the event at Kuet.
