Bank Asia, CPDL sign MoU to facilitate home loans
Bank Asia PLC and CA Property Development Limited (CPDL) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to provide home loan facilities to prospective apartment buyers of CPDL projects.
The partnership will also include joint marketing initiatives, customer engagement programmes and promotional activities.
The MoU was signed at a programme in Chattogram on 11 June, 2026, in the presence of Engr Iftekhar Hosen, President & Managing Director of CPDL.

Kayesh Chowdhury, Deputy Managing Director & Chattogram Zonal Head of Bank Asia, and GM Farhad Sarwar, Chief Relationship Officer of CPDL, signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organisations.
From Bank Asia, Md Zahed Chowdhury, Executive Vice President & Head of Assets, Retail Banking Division, and AHM Shahidullah, Assistant Vice President, Chattogram Zonal Office, were present at the signing ceremony.
From CPDL, Md Khairuzzaman Joarder, Chief Commercial Officer, and Ranjit Bhattacharjee, Head of Sales, Property Solution, were also present.
The partnership is expected to simplify access to home financing for individuals and families seeking housing solutions, the organisations said.
They said the collaboration will further strengthen the relationship between the two institutions while contributing to the growth of Bangladesh's housing and financial services sectors.
