Trump unveils super intelligence force as US moves beyond artificial intelligence
President Donald Trump has unveiled the "Super Intelligence Force", a new federal task force focused on US technology policy and emerging technologies. Led by DNI Jay Clayton, the initiative will coordinate with technology companies and other groups while overseeing federal involvement in advanced technology. Trump is also replacing "artificial intelligence" with "Super Intelligence" (SI) across federal agencies, a move adopted by Elon Musk's SpaceX. The announcement follows a tech industry safety pact involving OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and SpaceX.
