Global shipments of professional service robots rose 24% to nearly 250,000 units in 2025, highlighting the shift towards commercial automation. Transportation and logistics remained the leading application, with year-on-year growth of 21%, where robots are primarily used for transportation, material flow automation and delivery processes.
