Midland Bank cardholders, staff to get healthcare discounts
Midland Bank PLC has signed an agreement with United Medical College Hospital to offer discounted healthcare services to its cardholders, employees, and their dependants.
Midland Bank Deputy Managing Director Md Nazmul Huda Sarkar and United Group Healthcare Division Chief Executive Officer Mohammad Faizur Rahman signed the agreement on behalf of their organisations, according to a press release.
Under the agreement, eligible cardholders, employees, and their dependants will receive a 30% discount on selected healthcare packages and a 20% discount on pathology tests.

They will also receive a 10% discount on diagnostic tests and other services, as well as a 5% discount on inpatient room rates at United Medical College Hospital.
Midland Bank said the agreement aims to improve access to healthcare and diagnostic services at preferential rates while expanding its value-added benefits.
Midland Bank Head of Cards Md Abed-Ur-Rahman and Assistant Vice-President SM Enamul Haque attended the signing ceremony. United Medical College Hospital invited officials from both organisations to the event.
United Medical College Hospital Chief Financial Officer Abu Raihan Al Beruni and Assistant General Manager for Business Development Ariful Hoque also attended, along with officials from both organisations.
