Trump to sign nuclear deal with Saudi Arabia on one condition

President Donald Trump has sent a proposed civilian nuclear deal with Saudi Arabia to the US Congress. However, the deal has one strict condition attached to it for it to be formally implemented: Riyadh must normalize relations with Israel.
