Robi appoints Ruhul Amin as chief financial officer
Robi Axiata PLC has appointed Ruhul Amin as Chief Financial Officer, following his service as Acting Chief Financial Officer since 1 January 2026.
Ruhul brings almost 25 years of experience, including more than 14 years with Robi, with expertise in finance, strategy, governance, transformation, analytics and business leadership.
Before this appointment, he served in key leadership roles, including Chief Strategy Officer, Acting Chief Financial Officer and senior finance positions across Robi and Axiata Group.
During his tenure at Robi, Ruhul played an important role in driving strategic transformation, strengthening financial governance, advancing analytics-led decision-making and supporting major business initiatives.
His experience also includes involvement in significant transactions and transformation programmes across the telecommunications sector.

Ruhul is a Fellow Chartered Accountant from Bangladesh, a Certified Public Accountant from Australia and a Certified Management Accountant from Australia.
He has also completed executive programmes at INSEAD and Harvard.
