EkSho launches crowdfunding platform in Bangladesh
EkSho, a modern crowdfunding platform developed by Data State Ltd, has officially launched in Bangladesh to help individuals and organisations raise funds for social causes through secure and transparent online campaigns.
Inspired by global crowdfunding platforms, EkSho enables users to create fundraising campaigns in less than five minutes for medical treatment, education, small business development, humanitarian assistance, animal welfare and community projects.
The platform supports local donations through multiple payment channels.
To ensure trust and transparency, EkSho uses identity verification, campaign monitoring, secure payment systems and real-time donation tracking.
At the launch, the company introduced the "Power of 100 Taka" campaign, highlighting how small contributions from many people can collectively create a significant impact.
EkSho Founder Mannsif Siddiqui said the platform aims to become a trusted space where Bangladeshis can support one another in times of need through community-driven fundraising.
EkSho said it has already facilitated several successful campaigns, including raising funds for medical treatment, animal welfare and livelihood support, reflecting the growing potential of digital crowdfunding in Bangladesh.
