ACI Properties launches digital property service Sereno Levande

ACI Properties Limited has launched Sereno Levande, an integrated digital property service platform, marking ACI's entry into Bangladesh's property services sector.

The platform was launched at a keynote event held at ACI Centre in Dhaka 

Sereno Levande has been created to bring more structure, trust and service support to renting, managing and experiencing homes, the company said in a press release.

The platform brings five service offerings under one roof: Digital Marketplace, Serviced Apartments, Property Management, Premium Resale and Corporate Housing.

The name reflects the brand's philosophy. "Sereno", a Latin word, means peaceful, while "Levande", a Swedish word, means living. Together, Sereno Levande represents the idea of "Peaceful Living", expressed through the brand promise "Living, Harmonised".

ACI said the launch marks a natural extension of its long-standing commitment to building trust-driven systems in sectors that touch everyday life.

Over five decades, the group has built ecosystems across pharmaceuticals, agriculture, retail, consumer goods and the mobility industry by bringing reliability where uncertainty existed, the company said.

Sereno Levande carries that approach into the property sector, addressing a market that has long operated with limited structure, transparency and compliance, it added.

Sereno Levande also aims to work with foreign and local corporate partners, expatriate communities, diplomats and corporate professionals to provide residential and commercial services.
