TukTuk Express launched in Gulshan
TukTuk Express, a new Thai restaurant inspired by Thailand's dynamic street food scene, has opened in Gulshan, Dhaka.
The grand opening of the restaurant in Gulshan 1 on Thursday was officially unveiled by PRAN Group Deputy Managing Director Animesh Saha.
The restaurant serves authentic Thai cuisine, determined to bring the flavours and ambience of Thai street food to Dhaka.
The menu highlights signature dishes such as Special Lobster Chilli Paste, Creamy Basil Fish, and Mango Sticky Rice.
Speaking at the inauguration, Animesh Saha said, "Through TukTuk Express, we aim to introduce a distinctive Thai dining experience where guests can savour not only the cuisine but also the culture and vibrant atmosphere of Thailand."
Head of Business Development Muhaiminul Islam Tomal emphasised the restaurant's mission to offer a genuine Thai dining experience at accessible prices to a wide range of customers.
Beyond its cuisine, the restaurant offers karaoke, live music, a unique TukTuk corner, and immersive experiences of Thai food and culture. An experienced Thai chef and a skilled service team are committed to upholding high standards of food quality and customer service, he added.
To celebrate the grand launch, he shared that an exciting loyalty card initiative is now underway.
Customers receive a loyalty card after their first visit. With each return, cardholders enjoy complimentary food as part of the programme.
The spirited inauguration brought together PRAN Group's Senior General Manager for Marketing, Md Ali Hasan Alam; Deputy General Manager for HR, Ranjan Kumar Dey; Assistant General Manager for Marketing, Shafik Shahin; and other senior officials.
