Boo Boo World holds children’s creativity programme in Chattogram
Boo Boo World invited children and parents to a programme in Chattogram yesterday (3 October) to encourage children to explore their creativity, build confidence and discover their potential through interactive activities.
Titled "Unlocking Little Potential", the event was organised under KidCanDo, Boo Boo World's child-focused social platform, according to the press release.
The initiative brought children and parents together in an environment designed to make learning enjoyable. Children took part in creative activities that encouraged them to express their ideas, interact with others and explore new possibilities.
The organisers said children's development should extend beyond classroom learning. They stressed the need for safe, supportive spaces where children can develop curiosity, creativity, social skills and self-confidence through play and interaction.
Boo Boo World Founder and CPDL Family President Iftekhar Hossain said every child had unique potential that could be developed with encouragement and care.
He emphasised the importance of creating opportunities for children to enjoy learning and grow into confident individuals.
Iftekhar said initiatives such as "Unlocking Little Potential" could help children explore their abilities and interests outside the conventional classroom environment.
Parents attending the event welcomed the initiative, saying such activities could help children think independently, express themselves and develop social skills.
They also called for regular programmes to support children's intellectual, emotional and social development.
The organisers said KidCanDo aimed to give children opportunities to discover and develop their abilities through activities that combine learning, creativity and enjoyment.
Among those present were Rudmila Farid, senior vice president of Chattogram Women Chamber of Commerce Limited; Tasnim Alam and Farzana Hossain, directors of CPDL; and Md Affan Manik, co-founder of Boo Boo World.
Sangita Chowdhury, art coordinator at Chittagong Grammar School; Johanna Chowdhury, director of Daily Purbokone; Alina Mehraj of Alin's Vogue; and Shayla, proprietor of Tilottoma, also attended.
