Bank Asia launches upgraded mobile banking app ‘ZEN’
Bank Asia PLC has launched "Bank Asia ZEN", an upgraded version of its mobile banking platform, as part of the bank's digital transformation drive.
Bank Asia Managing Director Sohail R K Hussain inaugurated the app alongside other members of the Senior Management Team at Bank Asia Tower on 8 July, 2026.
The Bank Asia Smart App has been rebranded as "Bank Asia ZEN", featuring a refreshed identity and expanded services to provide customers with a faster, smarter, and more seamless banking experience.
The platform offers an improved user interface, strengthened security and a range of digital banking services. Customers can manage their accounts, open fixed deposit receipts, deposit pension scheme accounts, transfer funds, pay utility bills, recharge mobile phones, make QR payments, and access card services through the app.
Speaking at the event, Sohail R K Hussain said the launch reflected Bank Asia's continued commitment to innovation and customer-focused digital banking.
He said the platform had been developed to meet customers' evolving needs by providing a more intuitive, efficient and secure banking experience.
