ACI, GoodWe launch home power backup system
ACI Renewable Energy and GoodWe Technologies Co., Ltd. launched an integrated power backup system for households in Bangladesh, designed to keep essential appliances running during power cuts.
The system combines GoodWe's EO G2 Series Off-Grid Inverter with its Lynx A G4 Series Battery, according to a press release.
The products were unveiled at Le Méridien Dhaka on 29 July.
The companies said the system was designed to keep essential appliances, lights, communication devices and other household equipment running during power cuts.
They said the battery-based system would offer households a cleaner and quieter alternative to conventional fuel-powered backup systems, while also providing efficient energy management and uninterrupted backup support.
Maggie Chen, head of marketing for the Asia-Pacific region; Eric Yang, head of solutions for the Asia-Pacific region; Vanessa Cheng, head of market research; and Mahir Shahriar, country manager for Bangladesh at GoodWe Technologies Co., Ltd., attended the launch as invited guests.
Subrata Ranjan Das, managing director; Engr Asif Uddin, chief business officer; Asif Faisal Rumy, business director; and Tanvir Ahmed Tanim, assistant marketing manager, represented ACI Renewable Energy and ACI Motors Limited as invited representatives.
The programme included the official unveiling of the products, technical presentations and discussions on demand for reliable and sustainable household power backup solutions in Bangladesh.
ACI Renewable Energy and GoodWe Technologies said they would continue introducing efficient energy solutions aimed at improving the reliability and convenience of household electricity backup.
