Navana Group Vice Chairman Sajedul arrested in Dhaka
Police say there was an arrest warrant out for Sajedul Islam in a labour court case.

Navana Group Vice Chairman Sajedul Islam was arrested at his residence in Banani early today (24 June) in connection with a labour court case.
Tejgaon Industrial Area Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Mahbubur Rahman said there was an arrest warrant out for Sajedul in the case.
He was arrested at around 7am based on the warrant, the OC said.

Following his arrest, Sajedul was taken to the police station and later sent to a court, he added.
