Rain likely over country
The sun will set at 6:30pm today and rises at 5:20am tomorrow in Dhaka.
Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) today (6 May) forecasted rain in different parts of the country in next 24 hours commencing from 9am.
A Met office bulletin issued this morning said, "Rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty/squally wind and lightning flashes is likely to occur at a few places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Mymensingh & Sylhet divisions and at one or two places over Dhaka, Khulna, Barishal and Chattogram divisions."
It also said day temperature may remain nearly unchanged and nigh temperature may fall slightly over the country.

The bulletin also added that the highest temperature on Tuesday was recordd at 35°C in Satkhira under Khulna division while today's minimum temperature was 20°C in Tetulia under Rangpur division.
