Registration called for HSC examinees absent due to adverse weather
Examination centres have been instructed to send the list of registered candidates to their respective board controllers by 30 July.
The Inter-Education Board Examination Controllers' Committee has asked Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinees, who could not attend certain examinations due to adverse weather, to register at their respective centres by 29 July if they wish to participate the exam.
The directive, issued by the committee, stated that except for the Chattogram Board, candidates under other general education boards who missed the 13 July examinations of Physics (Paper I), Accounting (Paper I) and Logic (Paper I), as well as Alim examinees under the Madrasa Board who missed English (Paper II) and Technical Board candidates who missed Office Management, must complete registration by 29 July.
Examination centres have been instructed to send the list of registered candidates to their respective board controllers by 30 July.
The committee noted that the registration process is intended to ensure all willing candidates can sit for the missed examinations, which were disrupted by rough weather conditions.
